Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member at Wharf Farm, Coventry Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay. A great team and working in a busy kitchen make every service rewarding.

This permanent role is 30 contracted hours per week with shifts that include evenings and weekends. No hotel experience needed—we’ll teach you the rest. You’ll receive training, staff discounts and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Kitchen Team Member – Premier Inn

This isn’t just about cooking.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract:Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 30 contracted hours per week.

Location: Wharf Farm, Coventry Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 0NB

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

You don’t need hotel experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
