Premier Inn in Manchester City Centre is seeking Kitchen Team Members for multiple locations. The role involves preparing ingredients, cooking meals for breakfast and dinner, and keeping the kitchen clean and well-stocked.
You’ll work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. This permanent role offers guaranteed hours and opportunities to learn kitchen skills, with discounts on stays and access to pension and savings schemes.
We're currently recruiting Kitchen Team across our Manchester City Centre locations. Various contracts are available for Full and Part Time, paying up to £13.06 per hour.
You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.
One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be cooking through a busy dinner service.
If you enjoy working as part of a team and seeing the results of your work straight away, this could be the role for you.
Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour.
Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.
Hours: various contracted hours available per week - we don't do zero hour contracts, so hours are always guaranteed.
Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods, early starts and occasional lone working means you'll need to be over 18.
As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy.
This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.
You’ll be part of a team that’s working to deliver the meals our guests rely on.
Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs and restaurants.
If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.
What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
Here you’ll learn far more than how to cook.
You'll build kitchen skills, food safety knowledge and confidence working in a team.
Some people stay because they love the team. Others use the experience to move into other parts of Premier Inn. However far you want to go, we’ll help you get there.
We’d love to hear from you.
