Premier Inn in Stockton-on-Tees is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to join our busy kitchen. This 18-hour-per-week, permanent role pays up to £13.06 per hour.

You’ll prepare ingredients, cook and plate breakfasts and dinners, receive deliveries and keep the kitchen clean and stocked. Shifts include evenings and weekends, and you’ll work closely with the hotel team to ensure a smooth service.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you'll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Permanent – we don't do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 18 contracted hours per week.

Location: Stockton-on-Tees (Teeside) Premier Inn - Whitewater Way, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, Cleveland, TS17 6QB

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

You Don’t Need Hotel Experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

You Might Have Worked As a

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don't mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
