Job summary

Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre (St Enoch Square) is seeking a Kitchen Team Member. This part-time role offers up to £13.06 per hour and 10 contracted hours per week at the Glasgow City Centre location on 24 Howard Street.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; you’ll prepare, cook and plate meals for guests during breakfast and dinner services. You’ll join a team focused on delivering quality meals and a smooth service experience.

We're currently recruiting in our Glasgow City Centre (St Enoch Square) Premier Inn. Working 10 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Kitchen Team Member – Glasgow City Centre (St Enoch Square) Premier Inn.

This isn’t just about cooking.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Hours: 10 contracted hours per week.

Location: Glasgow City Centre (St Enoch Square) Premier Inn.24 Howard Street, , Glasgow, Scotland, G1 4AG

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts

• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
