Premier Inn is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member for Weston Super Mare Jct 22 M5 (Lympsham), Bleadon. Contracts available for 20 or 25 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay.

You’ll start by preparing ingredients, cooking breakfast and dinner, and keeping the kitchen tidy. This is a teamwork role with shifts including evenings and weekends.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Hours: Contracts available for 20 or 25 hours per week.

Location: Bridgwater Road, Lympsham, Bleadon, BS24 0BP

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you’ll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.
