Whitbread is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at Glasgow Stepps (M80/J3) Premier Inn. You will lead the kitchen, manage rotas, place orders, and coach the team through busy services while ensuring audit readiness and high standards.

The role focuses on food quality, hygiene, and leadership development within Whitbread's UK hospitality operations, reporting to Hotel Management. Training and progression are emphasized in this hands-on leadership position.

We're currently recruiting in our Glasgow Stepps (M80 / J3) Premier Inn. Working 35 hours per week, paying up to £14.31 per hour.

Kitchen Team Leader – Glasgow Stepps (M80 / J3) Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn Glasgow Stepps (M80 / J3) as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You’ll run the kitchen day to day – managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen – from food quality to hygiene. It’s a hands‑on leadership role that’s perfect for anyone ready to build the skills to become a Head Chef.
