Job summary

Premier Inn Goole is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place orders, and lead the team through busy services while upholding audit standards.

Working with the Hotel Manager, you’ll own food quality and hygiene and develop leadership skills toward Head Chef in the UK’s leading hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership and supervising a team.
• Ability to manage rotas and place food orders.
• Ensure food quality and hygiene to audit standards.
• Motivation to progress toward Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control and keep food costs on track for the hotel.
• Take the lead during service – organise the team, manage workflow, ensure smooth operation.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to spec – from breakfasts to pub classics.
• Keep kitchen health, safety and hygiene standards up to date and train the team.
• Step up when needed – run shifts and support new starters.
• Learn kitchen management to prepare for more senior roles with us.

Kitchen Team Leader – Goole Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn Goole as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You’ll run the kitchen day to day – managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen – from food quality to hygiene. It’s a hands‑on leadership role that’s perfect for anyone ready to build the skills to become a Head Chef.

PAY RATE:

Up to £14.31 per hour

HOURS:

35 hours per week
