Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare (Lympsham) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, manage rotas and orders, lead the team through busy services and uphold audit-ready standards under the Hotel Manager's guidance.

This hands-on leadership role offers a clear path to Head Chef, with training, broader kitchen responsibilities, and the chance to contribute to Premier Inn's popular menu—from breakfasts to pub classics—while working 35 hours per week at the Bleadon site.

Kitchen Team Leader – Weston-Super-Mare (Lympsham) Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare (Lympsham) as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You’ll run the kitchen day to day – managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen – from food quality to hygiene. It’s a hands‑on leadership role that’s perfect for anyone ready to build the skills to become a Head Chef.

PAY RATE:

Up to £14.31 per hour

HOURS:

35 hours per week

Fixed‑term contract until 04/02/2027
