Whitbread's Premier Inn Doncaster Central (High Fishergate) is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader. You’ll run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders, lead the team through busy services, and keep everything audit-ready under the Hotel Manager.

This hands-on role offers real career progression toward Head Chef, with training, apprenticeships and Whitbread benefits. The position is 32 hours per week, paying up to £14.31 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership and staff supervision.
• Ability to manage inventories and food costs.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control and cost management for the hotel.
• Lead during service, organise the team and manage workflow.
• Prepare, cook and serve menu items to spec and maintain hygiene records.
• Ensure the kitchen meets health, safety and hygiene standards.

We're currently recruiting in our Doncaster Central (High Fishergate) Premier Inn. Working 32 hours per week, paying up to £14.31 per hour.

Kitchen Team Leader - Doncaster Central (High Fishergate) Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn Doncaster Central (High Fishergate) as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You'll run the kitchen day to day - managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen - from food quality to hygiene. It's a hands-on leadership role that's perfect for anyone ready to build the skills to become a Head Chef.
