Premier Inn Gatwick Crawley Town (Goffs Park) is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen day-to-day, including rotas, orders, and leading the team through busy services. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager to maintain quality, hygiene, and audit-ready standards.

The role offers 18 hours per week with a pay rate of up to £14.31 per hour, providing a hands-on leadership path toward more senior kitchen roles within the Premier Inn network.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations or leadership is desirable.
• Ability to manage rotas and stock control.
• Comfort with food preparation and health/hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control, and food cost management for the hotel.
• Lead during service, organize the team, manage workflow.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to spec, including Premier Inn breakfasts and pub classics.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained and team records are up to date.
• Step up to cover shifts and mentor new team members.

Kitchen Team Leader – Gatwick Crawley Town (Goffs Park) – Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn Gatwick Crawley Town (Goffs Park) as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You’ll run the kitchen day to day – managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen – from food quality to hygiene.
