Whitbread PLC is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at Premier Inn Farnham. You will lead the kitchen, manage rotas and orders, and drive high standards of food quality and hygiene. This hands‑on role offers a clear path to senior positions within Whitbread’s UK hospitality portfolio.

• Lead during service, organise the team, manage workflow and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare, cook and serve menu items to spec from breakfast to pub classics.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards and keep records up to date.
• Step up to run shifts and help new team members settle in.
• Learn kitchen management to progress toward senior roles within Whitbread.

Kitchen Team Leader – Farnham– Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn Farnham as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You’ll run the kitchen day to day – managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen – from food quality to hygiene. It’s a hands-on leadership role that’s perfect for anyone ready to build the skills to become a Head Chef.

PAY RATE:

Up to £14.81 per hour

HOURS:

30 hours per week
