Dalmahoy Hotel & Country Club, nestled in the Scottish countryside near Edinburgh, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the highest cleanliness standards and support the Head Housekeeper in daily operations. You will lead housekeeping, maintain brand standards, and ensure superb guest experiences.

This on-site, full-time role requires attention to detail, leadership, and strong communication to collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance and F&B, driving team development and service

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience, ideally as a supervisor or attendant.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of guest service and cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to remain calm in very busy environments.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the housekeeping and company brand standards.
• Taking the lead in ensuring our guests receive the best experience.
• Maintaining high standards for bedrooms and public areas through SOPs, training and daily checks.
• Getting actively involved in the team’s development.
• Working closely with Front Office, Maintenance and F&B.
• Demonstrating a proactive approach in seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
• Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
