Job summary

Loughview Leisure Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping team member for The Doubletree by Hilton Belfast City at Ten Square. The role focuses on delivering spotless rooms and public areas, with a strong emphasis on presentation, guest comfort, and adherence to hygiene standards.

We offer flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays and weekends, helping you balance work with personal commitments while contributing to memorable guest experiences and maintaining the hotel's

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent required.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in bedrooms, corridors, function rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
• Carry out daily cleaning including changing bed linen, towels, bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting; deep cleaning where needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of vacant rooms and replenish brochures and consumables.
• Manage guest laundry collection, charging and return promptly to guests.
• Report maintenance needs and assist with on-the-job training; wear uniform and name badge.
