Fifty Five Hospitality is seeking a Financial Controller for Farthingstone, an ultra-luxury countryside hotel. The role leads all finance and control activities pre‑opening and then on-site, reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Finance.

• Senior financial leadership in luxury hospitality
• Experience handling multi-revenue streams (rooms, F&B, events)
• Strong payroll, tronc and financial controls expertise

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-opening finance setup and day‑to‑day operations
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and cashflow
• Own on-site controls, audits and reporting to group finance
• Partner with GM, Head of Commercial and HR on staffing, pricing and capital projects
• Ensure USALI framework and local policies are applied
