Delta Hotels by Marriott Liverpool City is seeking a dedicated F&B Assistant for a fixed-term contract covering November to early January. The role offers a minimum of 8 hours per week, with duties including greeting guests, taking orders, and promoting specials within a Marriott-branded dining environment.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety while showcasing hospitality and care for guests throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience in customer service.
• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, friendly demeanour.
• Take and serve orders to standards.
• Provide detailed information about menu items and preparation methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining areas and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote restaurant services and specials.
