Working closely with our Independent Living Housing Services Team, you will ensure seamless housing and support solutions throughout our customers' journeys with Squared.

Working with community support groups, partner agencies, and internal teams, you will aim to create a safe environment that builds customer confidence and promotes positive change and development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver the day-to-day running of the hostel and support services to customers.

  3. Manage your own caseload, organize support sessions, attend meetings, and assist with external appointments and referrals.
  4. Creatively and practically deliver effective support.
  5. Conduct assessments, develop support and risk management plans for new customers.
  6. Manage arrears and assist with benefit claims, personal contribution charges, and payment plans.
  7. Maintain a safe and secure living environment for customers and staff.
  8. Support customers in learning independent living skills for successful move-on.

  11. Recognize challenging situations and support colleagues to influence positive customer behavior.
  12. Record daily support activities and update internal systems accordingly.
  13. Inform customers of their rights and responsibilities and involve them in service improvements.
  14. Provide cover for other Support Coaches as needed.
  15. Liaise with professionals and external agencies effectively.
  16. Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  17. Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures, reporting concerns as required.
  18. Follow all organizational policies, including health and safety, fairness, lone working, SOVA, and child protection.
  19. Promote Squared services within the wider community.
