Job summary

Over Easy is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, seat them promptly, and manage the waitlist using the iPad system. First and last impressions matter for guest experience.

The ideal candidate is energetic, welcoming and communicates clearly with teammates and management. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, and you must be 16 or older and able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Friendly, energetic and welcoming personality.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest upon arrival and thank them for joining Over Easy when they leave.
• Seat each guest promptly and manage the waitlist iPad system.
• If on a wait, keep in mind to Spark Brighter Days.
• Answer phones or route guest questions to the right person.
• Assist teammates with guest needs and bussing tables.
