Our waiting on staff play an important role as your presence during mealtimes is crucial. It ensures residents receive dignified, personalized attention, promotes social interaction, and contributes to overall well-being.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Serving in our care home at mealtimes and delivering refreshments
• Preparing trays and providing room service to village residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals
• Collecting trays from resident’s rooms and restocking resident’s personal kitchens

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

You are a person who cares deeply for others and is driven to make a significant impact on people's lives. With your background in customer service, and potentially some experience in catering or kitchen roles - though not essential as training is provided, you excel in communication. You thrive in a tight-knit team setting, engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
