What Will You Be Doing?

• Greeting and seating guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Managing reservations and walk‑ins using the booking system.
• Coordinating with the management and floor teams to maintain smooth guest flow.
• Handling guest enquiries, calls, and special requests.
• Assisting with menu knowledge and providing recommendations when needed.
• Supporting the front‑of‑house team to ensure exceptional service throughout each shift.
• Maintaining a calm and organised presence at the front desk, even during busy service times.

What Do You Need?

• Previous experience in a host, reception, or guest‑facing role (hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A professional appearance and calm approach under pressure.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
