Job summary

Hyde London City in London is seeking a Host to be the welcoming face that sets the tone for our guests’ dining experience. You’ll greet guests, manage reservations, and help ensure a smooth flow of service in the restaurant.

You’ll take reservations, handle cash and card payments, and occasionally assist the team on the floor. We value a proactive, guest-focused attitude and a collaborative team spirit in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy Front of House role; you genuinely care about making people feel welcome and looked after.

We’re on the lookout for a Host to be the welcoming face that sets the tone for our guests’ dining experience. As a host, you'll greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service in the restaurant.

What you’ll do…

• Set the stage for a truly memorableexperience for our guests, handling any questions and helping out with requests.
• Take reservations over the phone, handle cash and card payments and occasionally help out the team on the floor.
• Stay ahead of the beat, anticipating needs and proactively providing solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.
