Bistro Sablé in Shoreditch, London, is seeking a confident Host to join our opening team and create a standout first impression for every guest.

You will be the warm welcome and first point of contact, coordinating with reservations and management to ensure smooth service in our new restaurant. A friendly, professional, and proactive hospitality focus is essential to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host, reception, reservations or front-of-house role is preferred.
• Warm, confident and naturally welcoming personality.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant.

Bistro Sablé is a new chapter for Noble Inns, bringing a fresh restaurant concept to the heart of Shoreditch. We’re creating a warm, vibrant and refined dining experience where great food, genuine hospitality and attention to detail come together.

We’re looking for a confident and personableHostto join our opening team and play an important role in creating an exceptional first impression for every guest.

THE ROLE

As Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You’ll be responsible for creating a warm welcome, managing the flow of the restaurant and ensuring every guest feels looked after from the moment they arrive.

You’ll work closely with the restaurant management and reservations team to ensure service runs smoothly and our guests receive a consistently high level of hospitality.
