Job summary

Bistro Sablé in Shoreditch is seeking a confident Host to join our opening team and help create a warm, first-class impression for every guest. You’ll be the friendly face at the entrance, greet guests, manage the flow of the dining area and coordinate with reservations to ensure smooth, attentive hospitality throughout service.

The role requires calm composure in a busy restaurant and a genuine passion for guest experience.

• Prior experience as a host, reception, reservations or front-of-house preferred.

ABOUT BISTRO SABLÉ

Bistro Sablé is a new chapter for Noble Inns, bringing a fresh restaurant concept to the heart of Shoreditch. We’re creating a warm, vibrant and refined dining experience where great food, genuine hospitality and attention to detail come together.

We’re looking for a confident and personableHostto join our opening team and play an important role in creating an exceptional first impression for every guest.

THE ROLE

As Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You’ll be responsible for creating a warm welcome, managing the flow of the restaurant and ensuring every guest feels looked after from the moment they arrive.

You’ll work closely with the restaurant management and reservations team to ensure service runs smoothly and our guests receive a consistently high level of hospitality.

• Previous experience as a host, reception, reservations or front-of-house role is preferred.
