Job summary

Granger & Co. Chelsea is seeking a friendly and proactive Host to join our front-of-house team in London. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm Granger welcome and smooth seating and guest flow.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong service mindset, and the motivation to step up in a busy environment. This role offers a vibrant, sunny work culture with staff meals and team development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host or maitre d' or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the front of house.
• Assist with booking system and virtual queue.
• Welcome guests with a Granger welcome.
• Support daily restaurant operations.

A little about this role:

• A vital support to the operations of the restaurants
• Supporting the day to day running of the restaurant and most importantly, the door
• Being the first person our customers interact with giving them that Granger welcome
• Where applicable, managing the booking systemespeciallywith large events
• Managing our virtual queue and making sure every customer feels special.
