As a Host, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they step into our showroom.

Your key responsibilities will include greeting visitors, providing information about our vehicles and services, and assisting with any inquiries. You will play a significant role in creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere, helping to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers as they enter the dealership and guide them effectively
• Answer inquiries about vehicle models, services, and dealership operations
• Maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of the reception area and showroom
• Support the sales team with bookings and appointments where necessary

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in automotive, retail, or hospitality sectors

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
