Job summary

Qualifications

• HNC/ONC or equivalent qualification or experience.
• 18th Edition certificate or equivalent.
• City & Guilds qualification and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend fire incidents as part of the Trust Fire Team and liaise with emergency services.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and fault-finding on electrical and mechanical plant.
• Maintain and monitor LV electrical systems and building services within hospital sites.
• Liaise with Estates management to schedule maintenance shutdowns and manage contractors.
