Job summary

PeoplePlus UK is recruiting on-site Tutors at HMP Lincoln to deliver practical tutoring in the training kitchen, working with small groups of prison-based learners to build confidence, skills and knowledge while supporting their long-term goals.

Candidates must hold REHIS or an equivalent qualification, possess substantial vocational experience, and a teaching or assessing qualification at Level 4 or above.

Job description

Our Tutors ensure that the appropriate training plans are in place and that the advice and guidance is given when required while ensuring they deliver the highest level of quality courses that engage with the learners and help them to reach their potential.

What we are looking for

• An expert in your field with substantial vocational experience

• A teaching or assessing qualification at level 4 or above
• Ability to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners
