Job summary

Butlin's is looking for a Team Member Plus to support different teams across the resort. You’ll split your week between cleaning guest accommodation and assisting in areas like sports, restaurants, buffets, bars and the fairground. No prior experience is required, and apprenticeships are available.

A 90-day induction and buddy support are provided to help you settle in. This full-time role includes evenings and weekends, 30–35 hours per week, with live-in accommodation available if relocating.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task across different guest-facing areas.
• Great for people who enjoy working with others and delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays.
• Support across departments such as sports, restaurants, bars, and attractions.
• Be flexible to work across 5 days with evenings and weekends.
