Are you a bubbly personality with a passion for customer service? Would you like to work in a fun, fast-paced industry?

We are recruiting hospitality team members to join Genting Casinos. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in our bars and restaurants, following company procedures, processes, and health and safety and hygiene regulations.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, adhering to all company procedures, processes, and health and safety and hygiene regulations.
2. Being an effective team player who contributes to business improvement.
3. Operating tills and handling cash.
4. Preparing and serving food and drinks with high presentation standards.
5. Clearing tables of cutlery and glasses, ensuring items are washed, cleaned, and stored correctly.
6. Being flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
