Job summary

Resorts World Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member for the Sports Bar. The role requires full flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights and bank holidays, within a fast-paced casino environment.

You will deliver exceptional customer care, work as part of a team to drive improvements, handle till operations, and manage waiting tables and bar duties while maintaining cleanliness and standards across the casino area.

Qualifications

• Exceptional standard of customer care in line with company procedures, health & safety and hygiene regulations.
• Team player who contributes to continuous business improvement.
• Experience with till operations and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Waiting tables and clearing cutlery/glasses; ensure items are washed/cleaned and stored properly.
• Identify food and beverage needs using a proactive approach.
• Keep casino areas clean and tidy at all times.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our vibrant team at Sports Bar! Candidates must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts; including weekends, nights and bank holidays.

Key competencies and duties include:

• Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, whilst adhering to all company procedures, processes, health & safety and hygiene regulations.
• Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement.
• Till operation and cash handling.
• Waiting tables and clearing of cutlery and glasses from customers, ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly.
• Identify any food and beverage requirements using a proactive approach where appropriate.
• Ensuring all areas of the casino areas are always kept clean and tidy.
