Job summary

Vacherin in London is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional service for our award-winning team. This role reports to the line manager and involves coordinating front-of-house teams, maintaining standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role offers a £34,000 annual salary, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with early start shifts and flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
• Regularly communicate with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
• Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.
• Manage general administrative tasks.
• Hospitality oversight. Minimal food requirements, free issue teas, coffees and snacks
• Up to 200 covers

Rate of Pay: £34,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 15pm, flexibility required
