Job summary

BM Caterers in Weybridge is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to cover a 12-month maternity leave. You will plan, set up and run small catering events, compile management reports and client information packs, and support the team in day-to-day operations within a prestigious client space.

You’ll liaise with the client reception for bookings, host the executive lounge, set meeting rooms, and ensure food, beverage and health and safety standards are met with discreet, attentive service.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates are preferred.
• No additional formal qualifications are required beyond these certificates.
• Willingness to read company manuals to understand products and services.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the client reception team regarding bookings and updates.
• Host a lounge service in the exec lounge.
• Set meeting rooms to required standards.
• Deliver all food and beverage requirements and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Support day-to-day operations and assist the catering team.
