Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to ensure top-tier customer experiences at events, corporate meetings, and daily operations. You will set up, serve, and clear areas with discretion and politeness, coordinating with clients and delivering high standards of hospitality.

Ideal candidates will hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2, with a commitment to reading company manuals to deepen product knowledge. Training and development are supported.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality service and guest-facing skills required.
• No formal qualifications beyond Level 2 certificates.
• Ability to listen, take instructions and communicate confidently.
• Willingness to read BM Caterers manuals to understand products and services.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client reception team regarding bookings and updates.
• Host lounge service in the exec lounge.
• Set meeting rooms to required standards.
• Deliver all food and beverage requirements.
• Ensure food safety and health & safety compliance.
