Job Duties & Responsibilities:

As Partners - members of the Partnership - it's our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. We proactively seek out opportunities to continuously improve the way we work, taking action to ensure the Partnership is efficient and we are all as productive as possible. It's an ethos each and every Partner works by and you'll carry into your own role too.

Your main responsibility is to ensure customers enjoy their meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. You'll use your excellent relationship-building skills, make recommendations, and prepare food. The way our customers view you will ultimately influence how they view Waitrose.

Job Requirements:

You're always putting yourself in our customers' shoes, thinking on your feet to provide them with a personal experience that they love every time they visit Waitrose. Your energy, pace, and love of food shine through every minute of every day.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

This role involves working with open-food. You are self-sufficient, energetic, and proactive. You prioritize customers and use your judgment to ensure every customer leaves feeling valued. Please include any catering and/or hospitality skills, qualifications, or experience in your application.
