Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton is seeking a reliable Hospitality Service Supervisor to support day-to-day housekeeping operations, guide the team, and maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will plan daily tasks, train staff, liaise with Front Office and Maintenance, monitor supplies, and ensure safety policies are followed.

We are looking for a reliable, organised and people-focused Hospitality Service Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our housekeeping department and help maintain consistently high standards across the hotel. In this role, you will be a visible and supportive presence for the housekeeping team, providing clear guidance, reassurance and direction throughout the day. Your calm, practical approach will help the team feel confident and supported, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and care.,

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring cleaning standards and service levels are consistently met
• Train and guide team members, helping them feel confident, capable and clear in their responsibilities
• Plan daily schedules and allocate tasks effectively, ensuring all areas of the hotel are cleaned efficiently and on time
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements when required
• Liaise closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Report any maintenance, health or safety concerns promptly and accurately
• Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety standards and proceduresHas experience in housekeeping and is ready to take on a supervisory or leadership role
• Takes pride in high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Enjoys supporting and guiding others in a practical, hands-on environment
• Communicates clearly, calmly and respectfully with colleagues across departments
• Is well organised and confident managing priorities in a busy setting
