Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a commercially driven hospitality sales leader to maximise hospitality revenue at Coventry Building Society Arena. You will drive new business, grow client relationships and lead the venue's commercial strategy across matchday and non-matchday offerings.

Working with the Club and Food & Beverage teams, you will ensure sales success is matched by seamless operational delivery, delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sport, entertainment, hospitality, events or venues with premium customer experiences.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and meeting hospitality/premium revenue targets.
• Strong business development and account management to grow relationships and close high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive hospitality revenue growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Lead the full sales journey from prospecting to negotiation and retention.
• Lead a high-performing sales culture with data-led decision making to exceed targets.
• Own the matchday hospitality experience and coordinate with ops for seamless delivery.
• Drive innovation and launch new hospitality products to enhance guest experiences.
