Job summary

Nottingham Forest Football Club is hosting a Hospitality Manager on matchdays with flexible hours for matchdays and non-match days. The role is casual, with £18.15 per hour and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will lead a hospitality team, ensure rooms are prepared, brief staff, and maintain food safety and licensing compliance while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a Hospitality, bar or catering venue.

Responsibilities

• Ensure allocated Hospitality room is set prior to guests arriving.
• Ensure an in-depth staff brief prior to service.
• Deliver exceptional service to our guests and managing staff.
• Always adhere to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
• Complete relevant documentation as required by the company.
• Report staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression.
• Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues.
• Lead and motivate a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards.
• Open/close procedures of your allocated Hospitality area.
• Adhere to Food Allergens process and procedures.
• Adhere to Licensing Laws alongside company polices.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes, working in different rooms when required.
• Ensure staff are following Company polices alongside fulfilling their role.

This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.

Main Responsibilities
