Philema Hospitality is seeking an Interior Designer with strong project management to lead refurbishment and development across Cornwall & Devon hotels and spas. You will manage briefs, budgets, timelines, suppliers and contractors from concept through to completion.

This role blends creative design with practical delivery, requiring excellent communication with operations teams and senior leadership to enhance guest experience and brand standards while delivering commercial value.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Interior Design or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering hospitality interior projects.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts for guest rooms and public areas.
• Lead refurbishment projects from brief to completion.
