Champneys Head Office in Henlow is seeking a Project Manager to lead refurbishment and fit-out projects across our hospitality portfolio. You will oversee external consultants, main contractors, and in-house teams to ensure successful delivery, while coordinating planning, design, and construction phases under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, experience in hotel/spa/leisure sectors, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel refurbishment projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external consultants and contractors to deliver refurbishments.

• Provide regular updates to Group Property Director.
