Kingsley Healthcare Limited is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to support food service and presentation within a care home. The role reports to the Hospitality Manager/Home Manager and requires passion for delivering high-quality resident experiences.

You will work as part of a caring team, with opportunities to develop skills and contribute to a resident-first culture in a well-regarded UK care home group.

Formación

• Previous experience of hospitality essential with considerable experience in food and beverage service.
• Possess excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills.
• Have good organisational skills.
• An eye for detail.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure an excellent customer experience through presentation and food service within the home.
• Support the Hospitality Manager/Home Manager in daily operations and standards.
