Reporting to the Hospitality Manager/Home Manager, the role requires prior hospitality experience with strong communication and organisational skills, and an eye for detail to ensure residents receive outstanding care and service every

About the role

To ensure there is always a focus on ensuring excellent customer experience, by ways of presentation and food service within the home.

• Previous experience of hospitality essential with considerable experience in food and beverage service
