Key Responsibilities

The Hospitality Host is a key member of the club house team with the following key responsibilities:

• To provide excellent hospitality to all guests
• Maintain a positive customer focused service and attitude.
• Develop product knowledge to offer a truly memorial guest experience through a professional, friendly and courteous service.
• Engage with all guests as a hospitality host including a professional and friendly meet and greet when entering the club house.
• Be an active member of our events team
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service whilst maintain the GetGolfing Ethos at all times.
• Carry out daily clubhouse operations processing customer orders and event service,
• Proactively work within a team to maintain all company equipment and assets.
• Enjoy working within the club house team to deliver an exceptional customer experience to all guests, members and visitors.
