Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to the Hospitality Suites with a warm, friendly atmosphere.
- Provide outstanding customer service, catering to guests’ needs throughout the day.
- Assist with setting up and preparing hospitality areas, ensuring all spaces are guest-ready.
- Ensure a top-tier experience by managing guest expectations and promptly addressing any queries.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a smooth, seamless matchday service.
- Maintain cleanliness of hospitality areas throughout the day.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and the Club’s policies at all times.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is essential.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a keen interest in football.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and evenings.
- Friendly, approachable, and focused on providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
