Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the Hospitality Suites with a warm, friendly atmosphere.
• Provide outstanding customer service, catering to guests’ needs throughout the day.
• Assist with setting up and preparing hospitality areas, ensuring all spaces are guest-ready.
• Ensure a top-tier experience by managing guest expectations and promptly addressing any queries.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a smooth, seamless matchday service.
• Maintain cleanliness of hospitality areas throughout the day.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and the Club’s policies at all times.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is essential.
