Job summary

Burnley FC is seeking a friendly Hospitality Host to join our team and help deliver a first-class experience for players, staff and supporters at our stadium.

This casual, part-time role requires a customer‑facing approach, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work well with others to resolve simple queries.

You will check guests in at reception, issue tickets and voucher codes, and warmly welcome guests into our lounges to ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit.

Role Expectations
