Job summary

Reading Football Club is seeking a Hospitality & Group Ticketing Coordinator based at the Select Car Leasing Stadium. The role involves growing matchday hospitality and group ticketing sales, handling both inbound inquiries and outbound activity, and working with Catering and Commercial teams to deliver top-tier hospitality experiences.

Candidates should have telesales/phone-based sales experience, a target-driven mindset, and excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales/phone-based sales.
• Ability to meet and exceed new business revenue goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and team new business revenue goals.
• Act as main point of contact for hospitality and Group Ticketing customers on matchdays.
• Coordinate general matchday hospitality and group ticketing administration with the ticketing team.
• Collaborate with Catering and Commercial staff to deliver a first-class hospitality experience.
• Upsell opportunities through post-match communications and customer feedback.
