We are looking for an experienced and dedicated waiter/waitress to join our dynamic front of house team.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Warm, friendly, and genuine with excellent communication skills
• Able to establish strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Maintain a professional image at all times
• Able to advise others in a specialist area of expertise
• Adaptable, whilst able to strictly follow Company procedures
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate all aspects of hospitality service, including fine dining, working lunches, and events
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to meet client and company standards
• Set up meeting rooms to the highest standards
• Maintain presentation and cleanliness of all front of house areas and equipment
• Understand and follow the daily work schedule thoroughly
• Ensure compliance with COSHH, Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene Safety regulations, and report incidents as per procedures

Working Pattern:

• Monday - Friday
• 37.5 hours per week

Salary:

• £14.85 per hour, plus overtime at time and a half
