Gather & Gather is recruiting a Hospitality Supervisor for University College London. You will lead our events team across a busy campus schedule, briefing staff on service standards, and ensuring every event meets client expectations.

The role focuses on food and drinks service quality, stock control, and guest satisfaction. The position offers a 40-hour week, 5/7 working pattern, and a range of UCL benefits including holidays, pension, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervision and events
• Ability to brief staff regarding events and standards
• Experience in stock and inventory management
• Passion for food, drinks and hospitality
• Customer service excellence within fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Ensure client expectations of hospitality service are delivered per Gather & Gather brand standards
• Conduct full staff briefings detailing event requirements and service standards
• Monitor service and food quality during events and give feedback to improve quality
• Order and manage stock levels for hospitality food, drinks and equipment
• Demonstrate passion for food, drinks and hospitality in all activities
