Bedruthan Hotel & Spa is seeking a Content & Social Media Executive in Newquay to tell the Bedruthan and Scarlet story. You’ll create content that inspires guests to visit, stay and share their experiences, across social media, the website and blog.

The role blends hands-on content creation with planning, analysis and collaboration. You'll film reels, plan shoots, and occasionally work offsite for partnerships and events, including evenings and weekends when needed.

• Creative content ideas and on-brand storytelling.
• Strong project and content calendar management.
• Ability to grow communities and turn engagement into bookings.

Responsabilités

• Create engaging content across social media, website and blog channels.
• Plan and manage a content calendar ahead of schedule.
• Capture photography and video across the business.
• Create on-brand graphics and assets using Canva.
• Coordinate shoots including styling and creative planning.
• Manage community engagement and grow online audience.
• Build relationships with local partners, influencers and collaborators.
• Track trends and use insights to keep content fresh.
