Bedruthan and Scarlet are seeking a Content & Social Media Executive to craft engaging stories from Cornwall's hotel experiences. You will film, shoot, and curate content that resonates, while planning content calendars and coordinating shoots across the business.

You’ll turn insights into performance, grow communities, and collaborate with teams to tell authentic stories that drive bookings and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging content across social channels.
• Ability to plan and manage a content calendar ahead of schedule.
• Familiarity with photography and videography for social content.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content across social media, website and blog channels.
• Plan and manage a content calendar.
• Capture photography and video across the business.
• Create on-brand graphics and assets using Canva.
• Coordinate content shoots, styling and planning.
• Manage community engagement and grow online audience.
• Work with teams to uncover stories worth telling.
• Build relationships with local partners and influencers.
• Monitor trends and use insights to keep content fresh.
• Track performance and improve content and results.
