BaxterStorey in Reading, United Kingdom, is hiring a Hospitality Assistant to join our team. You will deliver warm, friendly service in a fast paced environment, assisting with food and beverage service, taking orders, and maintaining clean and organised spaces.

This part-time role is 24 hours per week Monday to Thursday, offering a supportive, inclusive team and development opportunities within our hospitality division.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming customer service to guests, ensuring needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and clearing tables.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout service areas.
• Support the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Respond promptly and empathetically to guest requests and concerns, resolving issues where possible.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist with stock management, restocking supplies, and maintaining inventory as required.
