Job description

We're looking for a Hospitality Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes pride in what they do—pride in our food, our brand, and most of all, our people.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting and looking after our guests to ensure they leave delighted.
2. Serving customers with an easy and seamless personalized experience.
3. Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations.
4. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
5. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
6. Following Health & Safety regulations.
